Peter R. Olson is an Illinois attorney and the sole principal of the Chicago Family Law Group, LLC. He’s in his 9th year as an Illinois family law attorney, advocating on behalf of individuals, families, and children during dissolution of marriage and parentage cases involving child custody, child support, and intricate property issues. He also works with individuals and companies buying/selling real estate as well as condominium associations. He’s regularly appointed by Cook County judges to represent individuals facing contempt of court and also has had unique experience in cases involving the intersection of family law with both the elderly and persons with disabilities. Dan Breen was born and raised in Cary, Illinois, and though my main office is downtown, he still handle legal matters in Cary and the surrounding communities. After spending some time working for larger organizations, he realized that he wanted to work with individuals and seek opportunities to cultivate more meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues. This desire inspired Dan to open this law firm, and it continues to be a fulfilling journey. He’s a graduate of The John Marshall Law School (2009) University of Illinois (2005).
Robert Hodge has been practicing law in Chicago since 2010. He attended law school in his native state of Arkansas where he was graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law with Honors and was selected to serve on the UALR Law Review as an Assistant Editor. He have worked extensively with several legal aid organizations representing low-income clients in a variety of family law matters and has also worked in the private arena as a family law attorney in financially-complex cases. He’s licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Arkansas.
